As a professionally trained and experienced life coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. I have a Bachelors in Psychology with 15 years of mentoring and coaching in the mental health field. I also have management experience in the I.T. field.
I myself has experienced a transition in my career where I am now an entrepreneur. While the journey has not been easy it has been worth it and fulfilling. Just like you, I had to figure out what was next in my life to feel a sense of fulfillment along with being my best self. I can tell you everyday will be a work in progress.
